Job Description

We are looking for a zealous Marketing Administrative Assistant to support the marketing department of ATS in its primary and administrative duties. This work will be a critical factor for the operation of the marketing team and the attainment of our goals, as well as for the long-term growth of ATS.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the team’s activities
  • Support marketing executives in organizing various projects, managing email and social media accounts
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, project management software, and maintain our marketing catalog
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events (including trade shows) and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success

Requirements

  • A positive, go-getting attitude
  • Demonstrable ability to handle multiple tasks at a time and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • High School diploma; BS in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a definite advantage
  • Must work out of our Pleasant Grove, UT office

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct internal and external phone calls
  • Organizing and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintaining contact lists
  • Produce and distribute memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Research and creates presentation needed by senior management
  • Generate standard reports
  • Handle multiple projects
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Organize travel arrangements for senior managers
  • Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
  • Covering the reception desk
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Resolve administrative problems
  • Manage staff appointments

Requirements
